Following are samples of Notes from PowerPoint 4.0.

Note:

You cannot resize the height of the box; the height is automatically adjusted when text is entered or deleted. The corner Sizing Handles can be used to proportionally change all sides of the Text Box.

Note:

To apply format to a word, click anywhere inside the word; the entire word does not have to be selected.

Note:

Bold and Italic can be removed by reapplying the same feature.
