- Victoria Clipper - offers a high-speed jet catamaran service from downtown Seattle to Victoria's Inner Harbour in under 3 hours, with scheduled trips throughout the day in the summer and one sailing in winter. Beginning May 16, 1997 Clipper Navigation will be operating the Marguerite III, a car & passenger ferry service also leaving from downtown Seattle to downtown Victoria.
